Celtic Shield Engraved Necklace

The Shield knot, as the name suggests, is the Celtic symbol for protection. It was placed either on battlefields or close to sick people to ward off evil spirits. 

While there is a whole bunch of ways that you see this Celtic knot, you will always find four distinct corners. The tight patterns depict an unbreakable barrier.

• Disc is 0.9in (22mm) in diameter, with a 18in (48cm) chain + 4in (10cm) extension.
• Gold plated pendants are plated with 18k gold.
• Made with high-grade 316L stainless steel, which will not oxidise or turn black.
• Of course, all jewelry is nickel and lead free and will not give any allergic reaction.
