Official Rules: Giveaway Promotion
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
1. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by Modern Medieval Press, (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
The promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, contractors, representatives, and immediate family or household members of Modern Medieval Press are not eligible to enter.
The promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
For promotional period, please refer to the Giveaway page.
Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit the designated Modern Medieval Press entry page during the promotion period and submit the requested entry information.
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
Limit one entry per person and email address, unless otherwise expressly stated on the entry page.
Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, duplicate, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at the Sponsor's discretion.
5. Prize
One eligible entrant will receive:
A bookmark set as definied on the giveaway page.
The prize may not be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
No substitution of the prize is permitted except at the Sponsor's discretion if the advertised prize becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value may be substituted.
6. Winner Selection
One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified by email on or about as specified on the giveaway page, using the email address provided at the time of entry.
The potential winner must respond to the notification email within 48 hours of the time the email is sent.
If the potential winner:
- cannot be contacted,
- does not respond within the required time,
- is found to be ineligible,
- fails to comply with these Official Rules, or
- declines the prize,
the potential winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.
The Sponsor is not responsible for a winner notification that is lost, filtered into spam or junk mail, blocked, or otherwise not received.
8. Prize Delivery
The winner will be required to provide a valid mailing address for delivery of the prize.
The Sponsor is not responsible for a prize that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the winner.
9. Taxes
Any federal, state, or local taxes or other expenses associated with accepting or using the prize that are not expressly stated as being provided by the Sponsor are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which will be final regarding matters relating to this promotion.
The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to interfere with the entry process, manipulate the promotion, submit fraudulent entries, or otherwise violate these Official Rules.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical problems, unauthorized intervention, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper operation of the promotion.
If the promotion is terminated early, the Sponsor may select a winner from eligible entries received prior to termination.
11. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, by entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Modern Medieval Press and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the promotion or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
12. Privacy
Information submitted in connection with this promotion will be handled in accordance with the Modern Medieval Press Privacy Policy.
If entrants are also subscribing to receive marketing emails from Modern Medieval Press, that consent should be clearly disclosed on the entry form.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link included in those communications.
Unsubscribing from marketing emails after submitting a valid entry will not invalidate an otherwise eligible entry.
13. Social Media Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform on which it may be promoted.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Modern Medieval Press and not to those platforms.
14. Governing Law
This promotion and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Winner Information
To request the name of the winner after the promotion has concluded, contact Modern Medieval Press at info@modernmedievalpress.com within 30 days after promotion ends.
